SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• 10:00 am Festival and wine tasting begins - 19 NC Wineries
• 12:00 – 3:00 pm Band of Oz
• 3:30 – 6:30 pm Coastline Band
• 7:00 – 10:00 pm The Embers

OBJECTIVES

• Entertain clients
• Provide exposure for the company in the community, 10,000 – 15,000 attendees
• Show support for agribusiness in North Carolina
• Employee relations

PACKAGE 1: $6,000

• Hospitality tent 20’ x 40’
• Tables, chairs, table clothes for 100
• Wine – 10 cases included
• Food – open to bring your own, cookers welcome
• Tasting and concert tickets – quantity 100, includes 100 commemorative tasting glasses
• Corporate gift  - optional for additional fee
• Each of your invited guests will receive a festival memento – choose from a bottle of commemorative wine, commemorative art poster, T-shirt
• Company/corporate signage at festival

PACKAGE 2: $3,000

• Hospitality tent  20’ x 20’
• Tables, chairs, table clothes for 50
• Wine – 6 cases included
• Food – open to bring your own, cookers welcome
• Tasting and concert tickets – quantity 50, includes 50 commemorative tasting glasses
• Corporate gift  - optional for additional fee
